I had an excellent experience with Niels! I'm a first time home buyer and really didn't know anything when it came to looking and purchasing a house. I talked to Niels before I picked him as my agent and asked if he worked educate me along the way. He did just that! I've leaned alot about the process and got into a home on a quick timeline and around planned vacations on top of that. Niels is very responsive to texts and calls. He's very knowledgeable on neighborhoods around Denver and helped me pick an area suited for my personality. He also fought for me for the things I wanted and needed to be done with the house before I moved in. Overall he truly cares for his clients!
